A group of students from Y9 and Y10 in the Visual Arts Club, Ms Tse (social work) and Ms McMahon (visual arts) have been involved in community engagement project over the last 10 weeks. The group prepared an art therapy project called Circle Painting to work with the senior citizens in Discovery Bay.
The main idea behind this project was to connect students with different age group of people through art and creativity. The senior citizens and students had a fun and relaxed day together and we are looking at another larger program in September!
