Senior girls rugby got off to a flying start at Happy Valley last Thursday. In our first game we had a solid 50-0 victory over FIS. Some excellent link-up play and ferocious tackling saw us dominate both periods. Against HKIS we started off strong scoring a few early tries. It was great to see our newer squad members fit seamlessly into the team as we won by 24-5. SIS were unable to provide a team for our third fixture so we took a 20-0 win. Overall the teamwork, support and focus from the senior girls bodes well for our upcoming fixtures over the next few weeks.
