This is a gentle reminder about the ESF App Annual Rollover process. The annual rollover is a standard procedure where ESF update user accounts, review permissions, and ensure that systems are up-to-date. This process helps to maintain the integrity of our communication channels. If you have yet to complete the process (current DC parents) or have not downloaded the ESF App (new DC parent), we would appreciate you completing this before the start of the new academic year.
The ESF App is the communication platform between ESF, DC, and parents. It also houses many other functions and resources that you will need access to throughout the year such as your child’s timetable, teacher contacts, bus information, payments and reply slips etc. Please be sure to have your ESF App up and running before the start of the academic year to avoid missing out on key updates and information.
What to Expect:
Auto Log Out: On Monday, 5 August 2024 we will be logging out all parents, staff and students from the ESF App.
Re-login: You can log back in using your registered email address on or after 6 August. If you encounter any issues, our school IT support team will be available to assist you.
