DC TED-Ed Connect

Posted: May 29, 2015

The Discovery College TED-Ed group, consisting of students from Y11 have recently participated in a TED-Ed Connect session. This involved connecting with students from around the world through online video calls, and sharing and discussing various ideas and concepts with each other. This all contributes to the preparation of the group’s event on 9 & 10 June.

The club has been centred around the development of new ideas and further extending this by means of presentation, ranging from women in the music industry to the existence of free will. This has certainly been a great opportunity to expose students to new and varying topics that they can use to build on towards their own ideas.
